What animal simulation games are there for pc or consoles?

I looking for any type of games for consoles pc, online or a donwloadable game or a game requiring to be purchased to play, by simulation of animals i mean games that you are the animal and get to control them sort of like "The Sims" only animals i have tried "SimAnimals" and its not all that great so im looking for other games

Hm...I remember "Ecco the Dolphin" from Sega Genesis and SNES days. Also "Sim Ant" from Maxis for PC way back in the 90s. My wife plays some RPG where your character can change into a magical (mythical) animal occasionally but I don't think that's what you're after.

Other ones I remember but have not played: "Lion King" and the "Donkey Kong" games. None of these are exactly realistic but I can't think of any others. I'm not sure realistic "animal sims" really exist in the same way that realistic flight sims or submarine sims do.
