| A little info about my past experience: Started out 11H in the national guard back in 1993. Went active in '95, but had to reclass to 92A (Automated Logistics) in order to get an airborne contract (No BS). Units served: 325th AIR, 82nd ABN DIV (1st Batt and BDE), '95-98 502nd INF (1st Batt and BDE), 101st ABN DIV, 98-2001 NATO, 2001-2003 4/1 FA, 1st Armored Div., 2003-2004 (Iraq deployment) 2/1 SFG (ABN), 2004-2006 (1st Afghan deployment) 151 Inf Det. (LRS), 2007-2008 2/151 Inf, 2009-Present (Currently in A-stan) I have spent most of my career as a 92A, but I went back into the infantry.

Uh, you're actually admitting to that. Almost like saying you were part of a troop exchange program with the French. I know, I know....I said ALMOST.

Uh, you're actually admitting to that. Almost like saying you were part of a troop exchange program with the French. I know, I know....I said ALMOST. Lol, I'll be honest, it was a great break from the tactical units and the people there were awesome. It was a great experience and I think that I was lucky to have had time in support and infantry. I learned (the hard way) that many support troops bust their ass in their jobs and are held accountable for a lot of s**t. I feel lucky that my experience is not just in infantry because I learned how it really is for many of those that are not in our profession in killing the enemy. Some are lazy f**ks and won't do their jobs, but we also have this problem in our line of work.

| Glad you're here. God bless you and be safe. I was B co 502nd many, many moons ago. So I know you're a good man. Glad you're here. You are where you belong. You are amongst the best. Keep us posted.
"Get out of that door you Goddam piece of shit" and than I felt the kick of the boot on my skinny ass and the small of my back-it broke my grasp of the tower door and out I went screaming like a little girl.

Welcome to Pnet.
"American Parachutists...devils in baggy pants...are less than 100 meters from my outpost line. I can't sleep at night; they pop up from nowhere and we never know when or how they will strike next. Seems like the black-hearted devils are everywhere..." (An entry in a German officer's diary found after the Battle of Anzio)
