Militant legs. Anyone been to Bragg lately? They're everywhere. There used to always be a few hiding out at replacement or Corps Headquarters but they seem to be a majority now.

Hey, just a few cents as a current NCO who has had to counsel troops frequently.

That last statement is the "magic" statement that is applied (copied and pasted) in all performance counselings. It's the one that's a CYA for the counselor. Enough of those can build up to a packet

No matter what the offense is - to include LOSING AN ID CARD, they need to have that magic statement.

Not that I agree AT ALL with the topic of the counseling or anything to that effect, THAT is why that last statement is on there.
