Did that back in 1990, had a great time, but unless things have changed you have to be on jump status in the military and form a military team to participate...no civilians, no non-airborne status personnel can participate since they are using military aircraft for the jump platforms. Teams were 4 plus 2 alternates as memory serves, and we met teams from SEALs, Germany, Canada, and many US teams (active and Reserve componant). Great support from the community and the R.I. NG.
