Absolutely. The Marine exercised poor judgement and is responsible for any trouble he gets in. Why? Because someone filmed it and he should not have allowed it to get filmed. He should have known people would get all butt-hurt about it and throw fits. (Why does Ron White keep popping into my head??) Let's go back to this statement, shall we? This is testament to your line of (un)thinking and exactly why people take such umbrage at the shit coming from your fingers. A. Poor judgement? No, poor judgement is paying 50 bucks for a hooker knowing you'll be needing a shot in 2 days. What he displays is an inate character flaw, one of lack of respect for innocent life. Hell, life in general. He is far from an exemplary specimen of a Marine or guardian of Freedom, Honor, and those needing his protection. His actions show severe imbalance mentally, and I'd venture to say that this is not the only incident in his life testament to that. B. He shouldn't have allowed it to be filmed because people would be butt-hurt??? You've got to be shitting me. I guess it would have been ok for him to kill another person as well- as long as he didn't film it. I mean, we'd all be butt-hurt about that unnecessarily, right? It's all right to abuse another life for fun as long as 1) it isn't filmed, and 2) it isn't human.
Then you throw in the "it's just a puppy" line. Um, some of us consider our pets to be family and I, for one, would not hesitate to introduce an asshat to pain for harming my pets. I'm guessing you're either very young or very, well..............
