.........Code Pink announced they would have what they called a "24-hour peace-in" leading up to Tuesday's city council meeting. They will be camping out but will have a lot of company. A group of pro-troop protesters will also be there.

No, speech can have consequences.  Free speech means that the government can't prosecute your selfish ass.  But neither Berkley nor any other city has a right to receive Federal money and Congress can certainly shut that pipeline if they choose.  BTW, what kind of name is Xanne Joi?

The pressure is making some in Berkley rethink their position.  Do not expect Congress to shut off their seat at the table.  Not with madames Pelosi, Boxer and Feinstein there to protect their idiot constituents.
