| AA week is a go this year so if you're up and able, schedule your time and get your reservations. May 19-25, 2008 but just like at the convention the main events are set so you can do them Wed-Sat and depart the AO on Sunday. Hotel is the Holiday Inn Bordeaux and that is base camp for HQ, if you are there then you can secure quarters for $82/night and the busses to various events leave from that location. | Will Bragg give out visitor passes so we can drive our own POV's? I know the attachment said only POV's with DoD stickers, but not everyone can take the shuttle buses. Any info would be appreciated.

I'm not sure what goes on at the gates on Thursday, but in most cases all you have to do is need to be willing to tolerate the vehicle search.

| Yeah, MH is correct. In order to slide on with a simple ID you need DOD stickers but if you dont you can still get on post after the vehicle search, if you have a rental you wont have anything IN it so that should be quick but you'll have to leave pretty early or pick a different entry point on the morning they do the Sicily stuff otherwise you're going to hate life sitting in that line. If you stay at the HQ hotel, they have military busses that just keep going back and forth to pick people up and drop you off, the nice part is that you dont have to deal with the gates etc and they drop you off at the bleachers on Sicily.
