Ertman's photo is so obviously photo-shopped it isn't funny, he inserted himself inbetween the older lady and the General you can plainly see, the General isn't even looking at him. Yeah but his are for being in contact with the enemy not for remembering to remove the little red tags on the airplanes before flight, picking up FOD, door prize at the Airman's club, tailgate nap club, or being a C-17 pallet Ace! I hate to even say this but Big Al does have a "nice rack!"
