It gets better....the AF is coming up with it's own version of the Army's "combat shirt"!!

Looks almost like it too. I just saw the latest issue of AF Times and laughed out loud. Get this. This shirt now has the pockets on the sleeves.....How oh how will the NCO ranks be able to show off their rank while in the field.......THE HORROR!

Wait - so they're going to have the uniform issued with two different shirts?  One for combat and one for garrison?  Oh yeah, that makes sense... So when you deploy will they issue you an extra duffle bag for all the extra sh*t you have to carry around?

Wait - so they're going to have the uniform issued with two different shirts?  One for combat and one for garrison?  Oh yeah, that makes sense... So when you deploy will they issue you an extra duffle bag for all the extra sh*t you have to carry around? 

 

No different then the Army issuing two shirts.  And yes, you do carry an extra bag, but I'd rather take an extra bag with equipmet then travel lite.
