I'm proud to meet ya'll.

I'm an 11B1PC2 from Big Telico, Texas.
I joined the Army 09 NOV 87 and attended Basic/Infantry/Airborne schools at Harmony Church, Ft. Benning, Georgia.
Then came sunny vicenza, italy. 3rd Platoon. C Company, 3/325. This unit was the best I ever saw. While I didn't care much for italy with it's ruined ruins, nun gangs, commies, and crooked ass exchange rates I wouldn't trade the memories of the guys I served with for anything. They were, for all their' flaws, the Best.

I broke a femur on a jump at monteciari in June or July. I spent a month in a italian hospital full of bastards. And I don't mean Scruffy and the rest of the Ratbastards back at the unit. Those animals I was used to. After several more broken bones I finally got out of the unhospital and back on base with more pills than a pharmacy in hand. (not my best year, nor my proudest moment.)

My drivetrain shot, I sadly had to do the duffle bag drag to the frozen legland Germany. I served with HHC 2/6 Inf, 1st Armored in Erlangen.  Luckily that turned out OK.

I know a lot of you from APO and wanted to stop by.
