I still wear my St. Michael medal around my neck after all these years. I figure if it worked for me then, why mess with a good thing? Thanks for the post, it was enlightening even to this religious history buff.

I guess my Parish priest in Brooklyn,NY was a leg as he gave me a medal of St.Jude.

Not a Catholic myself buy I still wear my St. Michael's medal.

One of my goals is to set up an order of St. Michael for the 509th Association as well.
