My father was in the 82nd Airborne and my uncle was in the 17th Airborne.  My uncle jumped the Rhine on 3-24-45 and was KIA 3-30-45.

Welcome to the site.  A lot of us here know a good deal about Airborne history so if you have questions let us know.  Do you know the units your father and uncle were assigned to in the Divisions?

Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you, Jesus Christ and the American GI.  One died for your soul, the other for your freedom.

I'm Surprised Panama's still sea level, after all the Push Ups I did down there.
