Ok gang... I'll be leaving tomorrow AM and Im set to hookup with Skypilot at least. Anyone else in the AO should attempt to get hold of me this evening.

This should be a lot of fun.

Rigger82 is the owner of the site and he does lay out the rules.

And we're supposed to know this because . . .????

It's funny how we have vets who served as far back as the Korean War who don't have a problem following the rules laid out by the webmaster.  Personally I think we can manage without you if you're going to cop an attitude.

Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you, Jesus Christ and the American GI.  One died for your soul, the other for your freedom.

Damn cool that you found the site and we certainly want more troopers here. What is being referred to is that when you signed up to post here you passed a few bits of information about posting an introduction etc. We get a little out of sorts when people come in and dont post a proper introduction because then we dont know who we are talking to.

We've had far too many POS posers come in and start chatting us up so we implement some basic rules and protocol. Nothing fancy or hard.

As for the typing, thats just personal preference but most of us would rather see someone take the time to write out actual words and such if at all possible. This makes it easier to read and comprehend what you are saying and avoids miscommunication which as a nam vet you should be painfully aware of what a little FUBAR COMMO can do.

Now... as a fellow rigger I'd like to have you post an intro and square your AO away, then you'll be hooked in to one of the finest airborne communities online.
