Howie, even as a newborn he has more hair than you.

I'm Surprised Panama's still sea level, after all the Push Ups I did down there.

The biggest thing to remember is that they grow up FAST! Enjoy every moment you have with them. My oldest is 19 doing his own thing -I have alot of regrets about volunteering for all those TDY missions and working overtime.Take a listen to that "Cats In The Cradle Song"-it's so true. Everthing else will fall into place.

Ahhh yes, Harry Chapin...a classic...I played that for my dad the other day when he was whining about me not stopping by more often.  I told him it would have also been nice had he made it to some of my football games in high school...

Here is the little falcon, pondering his next adventure!

He is adorable!!! I know he is precious cargo and all, but do you think the "bubble wrap" is a little over kill...

Sorry, all I could think of looking at the blanket there.

That is a "GIGI" blanket, and it is made by a friend of Mrs. Falcon from college.  Oprah even has some!  Top notch, silky on one side and fuzzy on the other...babies LOVE them!!!

Not that I am endorsing a product on this site or anything...

Any way I can get the Mrs. from obsessing about a few baby pounds?  She is pretty distraught because she has worked out for 2 days and sees no results yet.  I guess she wants her beach body back ASAP...
