Thousands of Vets with honorable discharges have demonstrated against Wars for a long time. I have seen a lot of them wearing various parts of Uniforms, medals, etc. I don't condone it, but if they served this Country honorably, especially in Combat, I would think they would be the "only ones" who really have the right to demonstrate against War. What they need to do is take out some of these assmonk pukes who never served a day for their Country. Just my .02

Seems as though this one has an issue if he was demoted before.

I thought one--whether currently serving or veteran--couldn't wear the uniform for personal gain, political gatherings, protests, or any activity in which one's role could be construed as a representative of the armed forces.

| The sticking point is that he's not "out" completely. Obviously he's been much more vocal and someone got a case of the ass about it. He's on IRR which means technically he's still under contract and subject to the rules. Im banking someone just wanted to jerk his chain and nothing will come of it except it gets a little uncomfortable for a bit and makes a point to others.

I thought they were because they could be called back to active duty at any time. I know there are guys out there who were IRR and became active rather quickly.

| A couple of experts chimed in on the discussion on another website. He is subject to military rules while assigned to the IRR. He may be up the creek without a paddle after this is said and done. ~
