| Bottom line is Ihave no problem helping a troop out, but his story of the firing and then his Resume just didn't seem to add up. I have not heard any more from this person since my last email . On a side note: As an HR rep I would have a serious problem with terminating a guy /gal because some dreamed they were going to hurt someone. Hell just a simple firing for me requires at least 2 write ups , counceling and a request fom the site manager.

A full investigation would have taken place and firing someone off of a dream is just ridiculous. However, he is not protected just because he is a soldier. That claim by him is wrong.

| Yeah I belive this started out as a "hey I got fired and and I want everybody to call this corporation and tell them they were wrong" , when in fact they may have been Right. As you know there are ALWAYS 2 sides to every story.
