Welcome, like the Man said, "Fill out you're profile" would be a nice thing.

I'm Surprised Panama's still sea level, after all the Push Ups I did down there.

Welcome! May I ask where you are seeking help from now?  Have you tried buddy support groups?  My husband hangs out with his buddies from Astan and they help each other out with their demons.  I am sure these gents here are willing to help you out as well.

Like mazzi, just suggested support groups are very helpful and here's a topper when I lived out in Boulder, CO I used to go to the Boulder, County Veteran Outreach(I think that's what it was called); but everyone called it the Boulder Vet Center and went to a weekly PTSD Support Group which was helpful.  Maybe you could find something like that in you're area at the local VA Hospital or Vet Clinic/Vet Center perhaps to help you out.

Just offering a suggestion hope it helps you out.

If you are talking about being around a bunch of people in you're life that doesn't have a clue what sacrifice means.

If you laugh at others in the work place at what they consider dangerous.

If the concept of team work is unknown in you're new environment.

If visions haunt you at almost every occasion.

You are a Soldier, and you are not alone.
