An big Airborne Hooah to you Grouchy.......

I noticed a lot of vets with ahem....."canes" nearby, as well as some of the ahem....flag poles. They look awful heavy to support such a light flag. I hope no one entertained the thought to use them as weapons had the protesters turned ugly!!!!

Mortarman I haven't needed to use my cane for over a year but I brought it along just in case because I know Cane Fu.

The hippo is unpredictable and aggressive with old scars and fresh, deep wounds providing signs of daily fights that are accompanied by much bellowing, neighing and snorting.

Way to go, Grouchy!

Why play lawn darts when you can be one?

Q: Miss, were you cited in the accident?
A: Yes, sir, I was so 'cited I peed all over myself.

Bro I hear ya.....I'm sure the ol' paratrooper knees and legs get stiff from time to time. A good ol' VA issued wooden cane would have helped support your frame on such a cold day. I'm glad ya brought it and didn't need to ahem........"use it".

All the way, sir!!!

I was watching an African Hippo documetary on TLC the other night and saw how the head herd honcho would run off any of the "you wanna piece a this" younger bulls that tried to casually creep into the group and get some while they were enjoying the water time!

He ran one clean outta sight and then some, as to say; just try it again, go ahead, then made his way back to the river where his herd was waiting. All the young hippo's would slowly make there way up to him and soon he was surrounded by the whole crew!

Thanks for the show of force Grouchy....wish I could have been up there with ya!
