| My daughter's boyfriend is best friends with the kid that burned the house down and killed his parents. ( my daughters boyfriend moved from nj a few years ago, so we down in Delaware ). My daughters boyfriend is very upset, so my daughter is very upset. He has gone up to jersery to go to the preliminary hearing to at least see his friend for support. I am thinking of driving my daughter up to jersery to the preliminary hearing to support her boyfriend. I cannot find much info in the press, I assume it is a small town. Anybody know where the preliminary hearing is for this? And what time? Any of you have any idea if there is any chance this kid didn't mean to kill the family? My daughter has heard some rumors, and they are hoping he can get it down to manslaughter. I told her I doubt it. If anyone has any info more then just rumor, that they can at least get me ready for a more upset child. I would appreciate it. Just send me a private message. thanks

| Hi, Yes that is it. The problem is that he is being held as a juvie right now and they do not publish the docket online for that court. ( at least not what I could find ). I am glad we didn't go, I want my daughter as far from this as I can get her. And glad I didn't let her go with her boyfriend to NJ to visit his old friends too much. ( i hate to sound terrible like this.. but I am a parent ). Thanks
