My post went thru no problem here , so why wont it go thru on New Personnel Reporting? It keeps sayin that i have to enter message content. Which i did. Any ideas?

We expect active or former Paratroopers to be above the rest. follow instructions, pay attention to details, do your duty to Nth degree.
