Dude! I know Charlie Bell! He was my room-mate in... well, f**k me man, I don't really know no Charlie Bell. Welcome to the site. Do you have any information that would narrow it down some such as the unit he was in or his job? Was he infantry, artillery, engineer, etc? The more information you can provide the more likely you are to find info.
