You could wear a slinky nurses outfit and say "Hello sailor" is a sexy voice...that would get MY attention!

Too bad Resa wouldn't be talking to you!!

Cool link 509. Thanks.

Do you listen to yourself when you talk; or do you just fade in and out?

Carriers are some of the fastest ships in the Navy BF... and they certainly are the fastest capital ships ever built.

Just because they are capable of such speeds doesn't mean they do them routinely silly...

Have you ever seen the pics of the last carrier's sea trials? In one series, she's making a high speed turn and the damned deck is on a 30+ degree tilt!

Really...I am NOT as dumb as I look...

We were on the USS Thomas C. Hart back in '88 while it was in port in Venice.  They were having trouble with some Green peace fu*&-stains.  The Navy can HAVE those floating coffins...give me the swamp/woods/mountains ANYDAY!!!

I have been on Battleships and Carriers as well...much bigger, but you still wind up about 30+ feet below water at one point or another during the tour...

Let's not talk about subs...

Do you listen to yourself when you talk; or do you just fade in and out?

My company spent a night on an LST in the Chesapeake Bay when we went through the Amphib course at Little Creek, VA. Stayed down in the Marine berth's... Pretty damned cramped! Our officers stayed with the ships officers and spent the evening watching porno movies while the rest of us were crammed in like sardines down in the hold... No way would I want to do that for 6 months at a time! The next morning was pretty cool though when we climbed down the nets into the landing boats and hit the beach!
