Cant help myself, I tried to not make this correction but I just could not do it.

It's "served" and "advice" and those things near your little fingers are SHIFT keys, it creates BIG letters for use at the start of sentences.

Now, why do I think this was worth putting here? It pains me to think that you are in school at this time contemplating service after you graduate and yet there is so little obvious education going on.

Very valuable skills used by paratroopers are education and attention to detail. A solid education is a foundation upon which you can be counted upon on the field of battle and make the split second decisions that can save your life by intelligently determining your situation in a generally unknown area (like this site for instance). Attention to detail means you dont lazily skip over things (yes, even a shift key shows a general laziness) that might get you OR your buddies in trouble.

Take my former job, Parachute Rigger... I would hazard a guess that most paratroopers on this board would like very much for a rigger to be well educated and pay the highest attention to detail with no skipping of steps or accepting an 'It'll do' attitude. We skip a little here and there or dont fully understand packing procedures and wow what a mess you have.

Ok, back to my pills.

I suggest you go back to that e-mail you received when you registered and bone up on the rules here.  Then you need to recon the site(the Recruiting Information forum should catch your attention) before you start asking questions.

There is a lot of knowledge among the veterans and active duty personnel who are members of the site.  And if you follow the rules you will find a lot of help here.  We have assisted quite a few potential recruits who are currently serving or some who may have finished their enlistments now.  But you need to square yourself away and show some initiative.

Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you, Jesus Christ and the American GI.  One died for your soul, the other for your freedom.

I will help you get ready...start doing push-ups now....I will be back to check on you tomorrow....

Do you listen to yourself when you talk; or do you just fade in and out?
