Hey just got back today from lovely San Juan Puerto Rico, and lo and behold, I had a succesful linkup with our very own Ranger Rios!!!

Rey is a biiiiiig man if you never met him. I'm 6'2 and 225 and he was bigger than me...I felt a small around him.

For a few hours we had a few beers, ate dinner and talked smack and told war stories, just like we was in the VFW or something....... All in all a great time!!!

Thanks to Mark here at P.Net for making such a meeting possible. For without it, I wouldn't have been able to meet some of ya'll fine folks in person!!

Any of you boneheads in Washington DC??? I got two overnights there next week and I'm thirsty for some beer!!!!

Big Al!

Glad to hear you two were able to hook up and enjoy a cold one together!

Only thing is that Al is an OEF/OIF vet so he had a couple of more cool stories than me from the air and ground of those lovely anti-tango ops.  I'm only an OIF vet and I was stuck on the ground the entire time (except for half a dozen Pave Low/Blackhawk/Chinook rides).  Freaking zoomies you got to hate them!

I however coin checked Al and he did not have his (All American) so he bought the brew and steak.  Thanks buddy.

When you come here you are the guest in my AO so the next one is on me.  Glad you got home safe.

You may want to look up SFC_ABNINFCIB....Jonn seems a bit busy but you may be able to tear him away if you talk nicely.

No coin!, Al your slipping....I would think with all the traveling you do that would get expensive.

You better because you can expect it at every meeting from now on.
