Cool, thanks for sharing!

Very nice!

Hopefully you had an appropriately significant/excellent gift for her, as well.

We've been together 10 years, and it's gotten to the point where she knows better than to trust my judgement.  We're going shopping and she's getting whatever her heart desires.

That doesn't work around my house.  If it isn't something I took the time and effort to pick out there's hell to pay.  BTW I got her a perfectly good set of half inch drive deep well Snap-on sockets for our last anniversary.  The thought was there.  Just the wrong one.

Do you have any Southern Civil war prints ?

Short answer no.  My collection is still quite small.  I've got 4 Dietz prints on WWII airborne subjects, 2 Stivers (one of a WWII anti-aircraft battery that I bought in honor of my Grandfather who started out in a similar battery) and one of Buford at Gettysburg.  This is my first Gallon.  Being born and raised in Massachusetts my Civil War heroes are mostly Union (such as Grant, Chamberlain, Buford and Shaw), but as my study of history has expanded I've gained an appreciation for Lee's leadership ability and officers such as Longstreet and Oates.  As I invest more in collecting, I foresee adding some Confederates.
