Who mis-spelled this thread? I was there along with Kilroy and the rest of you. Of course my designation on the ground was "Smoker." Set up shop in terminal on the first floor and sleeping quarters on the second floor. Official Designation "Provost Marshal Office - 82nd MP Company" Functions included American Civilian evacuation procedure, setting up Prisoner of War Operations, TOC security, Friendly Fire investigations and Point Salinas security. Yeah I know....REMF.

| The other night on the Military Channel there was a show on Grenada. Lots of interviews of the students that were evacuated. Also, interviewed (but his face was obscured) that Ranger Medic that got the Silver Star when the 3 Black Hawks went down at the Cuban Barracks... Showed allot of our 105mm guns...both at the airfield and at the Golf Course. Pretty hooah actually. Y-
