Got a little moisture over that one.

Mike, great poem, great encouragment, great demonstration of your love and your pride in your Son. My Dad died when I was 13, God how I missed him in High School, in the Service when I got my Wings pinned on, when I was discharged, married, when his grandkids were born. He wasn't there. Any of you Son's of the Miltary who still have Dad's, don't be reluctant to give them a hug and tell them how much you love them. I know mine will be waiting for me with a hug when I hit that big DZ in the Sky.

Thanks dad- you made me think of what my father must have been thinking when his son went off to war.

Outstanding!!! I pray that your son is safe and comes home to your family as soon as possible.

Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you, Jesus Christ and the American GI.  One died for your soul, the other for your freedom.

Thanks! Being the parent of a warrior is the hardest thing I've ever done.
