At one time I know the AF had their own design for jump wings. IMO, if they want to issue wings to cadets who do that they should issue them those. However, if they are going to do it for Academy cadets they should do it for ROTC cadets who skydive.

Didn't the academy get in some trouble, due to all the "jumping" that was going on there?

So then if they take a scuba class on Saturday at the post gym do they get to where the scuba badge?
If they work with a guy that is employed by the State Parks Division do they get the ranger tab?
If they are A cadet that:
a. took the class
b. was in his Senior year when he took it
Get a star on there wings because the are a "Senior Parachutist"?

Scrib it was the unauthorised "humping" going on.

Wearing wings, but being unable to fill a jump billet is just sad.
Go with God, but make Him walk the point.
If you load a mudfoot down with a lot of gadgets he has to watch somebody a lot more simply equipped - say with a stone axe - will sneak up and bash his head in while he is trying to read a Vernier. - Robert Heinlein

Every time I see a set on some weeine AF grad here at Charleston, I just want to puke. Believe it or not, they used to wear the senior and Master wings after a certain amount of jumps. Usually they were on the AFA Sky diving team.
When some puke asks me where I got my wings, I tell them that I was in the class of 87, but got kicked out my senior year for screwing a female firstie on the 50 yard line in Falcon Stadium and got caught. And that I was made enlisted to pay back my scholarship. Told them I liked it so much that I stayed. Most of them look at me astonished. But I had one young 2LT said, Yeah I heard about you....... dumb@ss.
