Are there actually enough Paratroopers left in Canada to fill a whole C-17?

Seriously this would be really cool if you guys pull this off.

no my first BE isn't done yet. I know guys that tried to pull exactly what you just said but they still wouldn't allow them to go over.
I had bloody jump company offered to me in battle school (I was MO jumper when I did it) and my WO offered me the chance to go to 3, but me knowing that 1RCR was getting all the tours soon, I went there. funny how I got cut from tour this year and will most likely be next year too. that'll teach me.
I had my second be offered to me and I've still got a year and eight months left on this bloody one! I just said I dunno ask me when my contract was actual close to running out.

thought I'd give cowboy an update; but have you all hoping for me as well.

I came off of leave and during morning parade an interesting thing came up; private/coporal that has not LAV qaulifications and his basic para can be transfered to para coy in 3 RCR. so I looked and the situation and went "tour, maroon beret, tour, maroon beret"
so I said screw it, I need a change of scenery, I volunteer to go para company. I'm pretty much the only troop in the battalion that can take this posting, so I think I'm going to get it. before you know it, I may get to scream that I'm truly airborne.

and mortarman; I've got christmas leave, find me something then and I WILL get down there for it, that's if there's anything in december/janurary

Ok General just to make sure I have your order correct that will be 4 C-17s, 3 C-141 and a C-130. Will that be with or without Jumpmasters today?

ho man we're jumping up and down for these new planes. we can't wait. there's talk of getting our first one next month, but I think that got canned though because I haven't heard anything in a while about that now.

I know this is old, but as I was skipping thru the topics I noticed this, and remembered something about a C-17 on the wish list. I just wanted to let you know (as if you didn't already), that those of us who make wishes come true down here at the Boeing C-17 factory have just this week sent you Canadian P-Troopers a brand spanking NEW, Top-of-the-Line C-17. Just for your Parachuting Pleasure. ENjoy!!!!!
