I was searching through old profiles yesterday as I was bored. Found one the guys I knew from 2nd Plt Bco 3/325. He had a picture of them at what looked like Ft Bragg in front of the plane, Was A LOT of the guys I knew from there in 91, Date on the pic was 88. When did the 3/325 go over? Or did the go state side for training at some point around that time?

SGTV, I was in COHORT II and we rotated to Italy in I belive the summer of 1986 and returned to Bragg in the fall of 1988. If I remember correctly the entire ABCT rotated back. As one Company would leave Italy another would arrive from Bragg to take its place. On a side note I remeber it being a complete cluster fck.

Still a Seahawk fan JOEL0622? So am I, . . .this could be the year. At least all the way to the playoffs. They have the easiest regular season schedule of any team . . . . should be 11W - 5L or 12W - 4L.

Hope they are tempered and toughened for the playoffs. Oops' I digress I know nothing about the 3/325.

Joel, DROP and give me 20!! We went to Italy in 85 and the entire Switch took place in 1986.Cold Weather training was in 86 when the Challenger blew up. Remember we did JOTC in Feb. 87. Old age strikes again [bncy][:o)][LOL][LOL]

Hey SgtV,

This is, back then, Sgt McIntosh of 2nd Plt B Co. One of my troops took that picture, we were at Bragg doing an ARTEP Exchange so to speak. We came over to do an ARTEP in palce of B Co. 2/325, they went to Folgaria to do Cold Weather Training, and get this, one of the troops that was in 3rd Plt had just rotated back to Bragg...just in time to catch the plane back to Italy for CWT... you should a seen the look on his face the whole time he was there, he thought he'd seen the last of the dreaded Ahkio and Mt. MoFo. I still have the original picture, so If you'd like I'll scan it and send it to you in what ever format and size you want. Let me know what you need and I'll see what I can do. BTW I live here in Italy know with my wife and two children. I retired in 97 and came back over here in 2000. Italy is such a beautiful country but jeez louise, lets get this economy back on track dudes.

SGT Mac, rmember me?  I was in B Co from 1987 to 1992.  I was a SGT when I left for Alaska, now I am a Captain at West Point training new cadets.  Just a few more years till retirement, I still think of all the fun we had in Italy, and I want to come back and visit some day.
