Im taking a lot of crap over on military.com for my beliefs about Paratroopers. I'm not getting too much support over there from fellow Paratroopers. Im coming here to request some back up. If you dont have the same beliefs that I do, if you dont believe that a Paratrooper is a cut above the average Soldier, then please ignore this request.

First, you need to take out the code that makes your post white. It is almost unreadable. Second, most of us won't have anything to do with mil.com. It is populated largely by posers, legs and remfs with little or no control over what is said. The attitude you describe is common, based on the short time I tried to read stuff over there. My advice is to deep six that board and spend your time here.

Hell, I'd just sit back grab some popcorn and watch the clash between BSR and GH over there. I tel ya, GH has some attitude about the 82d for some reason, wonder at times wtf it is all about but just better to let it go. This DZ is far and above that forum because of some of the attitudes that prevail there(have to say it is only from a couple of members there, but it kills the whole thing). No use in beating your head in there.

I agree PBR, if you don't like it, just leave. With that 504th aviator, you'll be welcomed here. No need to argue who is better, why, how and when.

Maybe this is a job for ParaCav!... LOL

Your preaching to the choir here brother!... One thing I noticed over there on mil.com on the Airborne forum is that whenever anyone expresses any pride, or boasts a bit, about serving in the Airborne, they are immediately set upon by the moderater over there (GH, plus his lackeys), 'Airborne is just a means of transportation, blah blah blah', 'No different, no better than anyone else blah blah blah', '82nd is just another unit blah blah blah', 'I have 300,000 military jumps, blah blah blah', etc.... F*ck em

Red Devil, you forgot "How many Mustard Stains do you have"..
But he is untouchable over there and that is that. So if you care to show pride in being a Paratrooper and be amongst others who share that this is the place.
