Yea it can. My family would have to join me.
I like the winter in Minnesota just fine. I like the seasons and I love the cold weather.
I won't be there that long actually. Once I get the ball rolling I should be able to do most of the work from my home base. With a few occasional trips to SD and Taiwan.

Take a trip to MCRD while there and visit the jarheads. Lot of history there. Oh, BTW, Can you pick up a new NCO sword for me while you are there? Just kidding.
