Has anyone considered that the USMC vet in question might be a bit of an a$$hole and perhaps the HOA is tired of him throwing his weight around? Just because someone wore a uniform doesn't mean he can't be a jerk. Another possibility is that some one or more members of the HOA have been in a pi$$ing contest with the USMC vet and it's simply playing itself out in this manner. That's often how these kinds of conflicts originate.

Well, I hope the Assoc. pres. falls down and hurts himself. Weather or not he has assistance is another story. Maybe after a few stitches and a cast or 3 he will back down. Let Old GLory Wave.
I still think the home owner should have know better to move into a sub like that, but anyways.......
