I didn't know citizenship made a difference. Was it because you had dual citizenship or because you were born overseas? How long did your secret clearance take to get because I thought you had to have it before you got in Batt?

Just wondering. I know things have changed since the war on Terrorism. We also had a guy who showed up with many felonies when his secret clearance was finished. He was booted out right away.
