You do NOT have to live in Texas and its not so important that you HAVE to have been or done one of those things......I believe,( but you would have to get details from Rick) you can become an accociate member.......there are ALOT of people here though that have been in 1 of the 3 Ranger Batts, been to Ranger School, been in the SEALS, UDT, LRRS units, LRP's units, Recon or Force Recon, Para Rescue, and or in an SF unit.............and just because we are here in Texas and thus our round ups......it would help those that live in LA, OK, AR, NM, and here in TX (the second most populous state). This May 7,8 we will discuss our future goals, constitution, and membership............I know there are more brothers out there and I know that you guys know more fella's that meet these requirements. Thanks guys.

But how will you buy me drinks?
The Ranger Association allows LRS types on active duty to join, but I found that out after I left active duty.

Hey LRRS scout, I was checking your profile out and I have a question for you. Here is what you have posted in your profile: "Joined in 1990 Houston MEPS Basic / AIT Sandhill Jump School RIP 3rd Batt (M60 AG) 3/504 HHC Scouts (RTO) 18th ABN LRRS-C (RTO) 1st Plt. Halo Team EMT, Ranger School, Halo School, PLDC, 101st Div Mobil Repel Master Course JSA Pan Mun Jom, Korea Scouts (M60 / Weapons Sqd Ldr 2 months) Combat Lifesaver, SOCOM Mobil Sniper Course, NBC School ETS-end of 95 leave till Jan 96" It states that you did all of this in 5 years, LRRSscout man it does not add up. You spent 5 years in the military and going to these schools all the while being an active member of some very high speed units. Which brings me to my question. How did you have time to go to all of these schools and be an active member of the units that you posted in your profile? Please explain! Muddy!!!
