Another old memory popped into my head... Did anyone else do "Barracks Runs" on inclement weather days?Perhaps it was just my company, not sure,frankly...we would run through the barracks first floor hallway,up the stairs, down the hallway, then down the stairs by the CQ desk.We did this for about 45 minutes,AS A COMPANY.What a cluster fuck

We would get all motivated some times and the BC would lead us through someone elses barracks,I always thought it was cool, the CQ runner would be half-dead asleep and We'd come through tearing up the floor.

When I first saw the title I thought you were talking about getting some bad food or too many flaming Sambucas in Vicenza.
Never did PT like that while I was there. I can't imagine an entire company trying to run the hallways upstairs and downstairs at the same time.

Did that once in Korea, platoon size. I think the reason was the driving monsoon that morning was so bad you would drown standing up...yet there was no flooding.
It was a cluster...
