We used to take the train to Verona to go to
Mcdonalds. We would buy about a **** load of
food and bring it back, every one wanted some
and we would just laugh at them, or tell the
cherrys Mcdonalds just opened downtown.[ ]

RT, I remember that track. As I recall, it was bordered by tires. On one of the curves I cut too close and hit one of the tires and flipped it. Wasn't hurt at all. Thanks for the memory.[thup]

Anyone remember going to Ponteba for cold weather training? I recall a trip to clean up after the show melted, we started back down the and one of the old men that lived up there was so pleased he served us all home made Grapa for about an hour. We got back to the Casern and went out on a thunder run. Hit every bar on one side the street going up the big hill and then hit the other side on the way back. I dont recal the walk back to the Casern, I just remember Top screaming at us while we got out the of the Carbinari's jeep to drunk to walk. LMAO

I heard a rumor that the bad-a$$ statue of St Michael has been painted to look more lifelike. Man I hope & pray that isnt true. That statue was a great reninder to every leg around who's turf they were on & who ran the show everytime they walked past it on the way to the the PX/Commissary.
Oh, and what was the name of that bar in front of the Vicenza train station?? I got in a fight there once. (I know,,, that so hard to believe from such a mellow guy such as myself)
