Got some bars to bring up...One was about halfway to Septs(thereabouts),but across the street.Probably closer to post, actually.Real good food, panini's and such, but always had a decent crowd.Another was about 15-20 buildings BEFORE Septs,on the right(same side);fairly dark..I liked it.Decent food. And finally, the one directly across the train station.I remember the owner,Paulo and his wife.He had blond hair;very friendly.Anyone remember the names??I know Georgio sold Septs at some point.I wonder what he's up to?[ ][ ][ ][82nd][E6][uswingsr][infantry][scout]

OK-what a rush this is!!The bar I remember as "Johnny's" on the way to Septs. The bar on the RIGHT of Septs, heading back on the right side of the ^,had a beer menu and competition. Those big "Oil Cans"(Foster's,etc..).To get your name on the board, you had to drink like 6 of these things in an hour.Ah shit,I just can't remember...[82nd][E6][uswingsr][infantry][scout]

When I was there, one of them was named Time Out. It was about halfway to Sept's, on the far side of the street. I definitely remember the one directly across from the train station. They had a big outdoor patio area, right next to the cross-walk that would take you from the bar to the station. There was also the Piano Bar, which I never really went to much.
When I was in Italy, there was also Messina Burger, which was almost right across the street from Sept's.
Sept's was definitely the place to go, however. I could draw a diagram of the layout inside....pathetic.

Ray-the way I remember Septs was 2 entrance ways. One,immediately on your right if your walking from post. The Main entrance was at the apex of the ^.If you came in the side entrance, you would be looking directly at the bar.To the right was the larger booths..go past that, and you had a second room with booths. What a place!![drunk][drunk][drunk][82nd][E6][uswingsr][infantry][scout]

That's exactly how it was. The second room had a foosball table near the back wall, and the drop zone was through a small door on the wall next to that. There was a tiny closet-sized space with a sink, a mirror, and a light. If you were facing the sink, there was another door immediately to the right, and this is where the dz was. Of course, it could only handle one occupant at a time, so that sink got pissed in more times than than a trench pit.
On the walls over the booths, there were various military pics and such (they knew their clientele...) In the first room, 3rd booth down, there was a mirror with the 3/325 crest on it. Nobody ever dared take it.
As I recall, if you left the bar by exiting through the door on the apex of the ^, and went straight, you'd come to a Y intersection. Hang a left, and you'd go over a bridge that had the canal/river beneath it.
