ok, ya'll thanks for the advice, but I been married for 6 years now, and we been together a lot longer. So, I've mastered the "Yes Dear" shuffle.[][]
I just want the wimminfolks to explain how this concept of theirs works. How can somone be blamed for something they had nothing to do with? My wife doesn't even try to put any logic into it, she gave the same reason as Scott's wife.
I'm not angry, or feeling put upon. I'm genuinely curious. How can this work? (And it's not just my wife, it's every female I've ever seen. I've seen the same thing in the wives/girfriends of buddy's, female relatives, and complete strangers. It seems to be hard-wired into the female psyche.)
So explain ladies. How can a man be blamed for something he wasn't party to? How does it work?

well, you have a wee wee and we don't.

One Word:

Estrogen

The most dangerous compound known to man. Worse for you than LSD, Ectasy, Cocaine, Heroin, Pot and Crack combined. The effects are harmful not only to the user but to everyone within a twenty mile radius. It's bad stuff.

Having been married for 16 years, and if you ask my wife she tell you, that I'm responsible for the Fall of Rome, the sinking of the Luisitania, the Thirty Years War, Mongol Invasion of Russia, Fall of Chin Dynasty, The Black Death, Destruction of Inca Empire, the Kennedy assassination, most earthquakes, several tornadoes, a few hurricanes, and everything that breaks in our house, whether I'm there or not.

That's impossible, how can the both of us be responsible for the same events?!?!?!

Don't forget to add global warming, world wide famine and the depletion of the ozone layer!!

This is a hillarious thread. Here's one for ya:How is it that when my HH6 asks me to call a business about ANYTHING( a bill, premium to be paid,etc...),I can't GET THROUGH all the automatted crap. She comes into the room and asks if I made the call:

"Yes,several times.I can't get through"

She picks up the phone, dials the EXACT number I've been calling, and speaks to a HUMAN the first time she calls...Of course, this happens when there happens to be something on TV that I'm watching, like football. It doesn't matter HOW many times I explain that I can see a screen and dial the phone at the same time.....I usually just shut up.[
