Good luck sword, stay with the hard PT and watch the diet as Matadore stated and you will notice results. Positive thinking is also good, visualize yourself losing weight and making tape and it will help with your mindset. One thing I definetly learned in SF is that the mind IS stronger than the body...use it to your advantage!
