ok so i went and had that euro spa wrap thingy, and if i tape my self loose i come in a half inch less than what i needed to be to pass, if i catch a break its even better. I cant chew any of that snoose because it takes about 3 mins and i start puking... bout the only thing i can chew is the whole leaf stuff like some good beech nut or red man.... copenhagen, or kodiak or skoal or whatever it is they chew these days, just makes me start to hurl.

Sword, P.T. and be careful about the wraps, do not, I say again do not let yourself get too dehydrated doing this stuff. It will all be for nothing if you fall out in front of the staff or have a stroke. Good luck and stick with it man...I am fighting the ole "pound-man" myself!

the cool thing with this wrap, is they encourage hydration, the more you drink supposedly the better it works, the lady gave me a 6 pack of bottle water to take with me she goes ok suck this down as fast as you can and then keep chuggin the water
