have you signed a contract yet?

who told you that you needed to lose weight? if you were fat when you took the physical then you would NOT have joined that day.

I haven't signed the contract yet and my recruiter says there is a good chance at getting the airborne and I may get Rangers without asking for it.

My physical is Nov 14, the recruiter did the neck/waist measurements and said I was over the body fat limit by a percent. I know this and expect to around my competition weight of 190-195lbs once I get back into shape.

Thanks hit i. I'm up to 60mn for cardio, mainly the bike and stair machines at minimum of lvl 11 for 30mn increments although the sweat gets into my eyes and makes reading hard. Have an collection of Heinlein's short stories.

just think about how it will feel to put on that beret for the first time knowing you earned it. you will stay on the machine for hours after that.

The feeling that you have earned something and not just given something is the best. I had on after my 2nd degree black belt test and was enjoying heat exhaustion, damn heavyweight gi, and during senior project.

I go in for my physical tommorow. Was 217lbs as of Wed and did 90mns of cardio today and soaked my t-shirt with sweat so I should be a bit less. I am happy to know that I am not a sex offender and I finished up paperwork although I had no clue to what to put as a remark on graduating high school on the yes/no questionaire so I put I graduated high school. Will let everyone know here how I do.

Yeah the recruiter checked everyplace I lived, NY, MI, TN and AZ. Teh only thing that concerned me was a speeding ticket that came up that I don't recall getting although I did take the traffic safety course and take the insurance hit for it. Damn insurance worse then the ticket.
