Of course they don't put saltpeter in your coffee and food! They put it in that fake Gatorade sports drink thing you have to drink one glass of after your 3 glasses of water!!!

I hope there is no exercises the first day of reception on monday I did something stupid on saturday.
I was playing handball (most New yorkers know what it is, not sure if any other state plays it) for 12 hours (9am- around 9pm) and I havent played handball in 3 years, then I went bowling for 1 hour when I woke up this morning every muscle in my body was sore.
If they make me exercise ill just have to suck it up I guess.

Unless you strained your hair hard enough to make it impossible to cut, I think you'll be okay.
