OK as some of you know, Im trying to go back active. I retook the ASVAB and made a 125, my RE code is 1. I have lost 15 pounds and 4% body fat in 2 months, but need to lose either 12 more pounds or 1% body fat. Any ideas? Im starting to get a little discouraged here. WAAAAAAHHHHHH! BTW I am running my ass off, as I average 25 miles a week.

Thanks CH, but my problem is that I do all that. I have changed my diet, I run 25+ miles a week, no soda or beer. I was losing like crazy and have been stuck for over a month. DAMN!!

Move up to 30 - 35 miles a week.

A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.

What has happened is that your body has adapted to the increased physical activity and reduced calories. In fact, if you slack off a little you would find that you would not gain any weight back because your metabolism has increased. You need to increase your physical activity to the next level and/or reduce the calories you are taking in again.

Begin working in swimming at least three times a week to your routine. Initially, even though you may not have been swimming laps, you should do 500 yards(10 times down and back in a full Olympic size pool) without stopping. Initially it will be difficult and you will be sore. But as you do it more you will be able to increase your distance. Once you start increasing the distance you will find that you can work your way up to a full mile(36 times down and back, or 1800 yards) fairly quickly.

Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you, Jesus Christ and the American GI.  One died for your soul, the other for your freedom.
