Hell if I wasnt already in Recruiting and didnt know any better I would think about doing it after reading that.[bs] Gain skills I can use for the rest of my life? I thought thats what the Army was about. Didnt know you needed to go to Recruiting to do that. Im with FDC, if you think its easy come on down.[ ] Dont get me wrong though I have learned alot.

On the other hand I could have enough time in service to know about Recruiters and DIs and a few other things and have just offered the smilie as something funny for you to use say when you're telling a prospect online to be sure his contract reflects exactly what he wants for training and assignment.

I knew you meant it as joke. I didnt take it personal. Hope you didnt think I took it that way. Hell I got released early from Recruiting anyways. Doesnt brake my heart one bit. I hate it.

Heh, not a problem, recruiting is hard, long hours and you get a prospect taking your time and effort and then, "Oh my mom said I shouldn't.", or "No, my uncle gave me a job." even taking flak from teachers and schools. No thanks not for me.

Whats even worse is when you talk to someone that retired from the Army and tells you that their kid isnt going in. Ask them why and get told that they hated it or something. I tell them well it couldnt have been that bad your collecting a check from the Army. Thats when the attitude starts and the phone gets hung up. 25yr old guys saying "I have to talk to my parents." Get a set of balls and make a decison for yourself. Better stop now before I really get going. [pissd][pissd]

Not yet. I just had my board on the 13th. The CSM told me it would be anywhere between 6 weeks to 6 months [bang][OO][crazy]. I signed my 4187 last week. Ive been making more appointments now then when I first started [ ]. I already e-mailed my branch to give them a heads up. Everyone else that I know that has left my BN was headed to Korea so thats what Im looking at. Sure beats Recruiting[ ][ ]. Besides I have alittle over 2 yrs till I re-enlist so if I go to Korea I can still re-enlist and hopefully go to where I want.
