That is unbelievable. I bet North Korea and China are paying attention to that. Just think 80 tanks in one pass.

Sorry Ranger2 not that easy unless they are going to sit still for a very, very long time.
Each bomb is basically, GPS guided with a very good CEP. However, the GPS target does have to be program. Now it may or may not be able to be done while in flight (won't say) but the bomb is still going to fly to a preprogram designated position. So if the tank is at a know location, we program it and it's still there at bomb drop they are going to have a big headache. However, this is much better for use on more fixed sites say like ADA gun and radar emplacements. Arty batteries and such. And of course it's devistating on fixed site facilities.

Heh... GPS guided stuff maybe but we've got other toys that a B2 can saturate a large area with that will... well... [ ]

I was thinking of tanks in a defensive position when attacking. You could punch a serious hole in the lines if it was tanks or bunkers.

khyros, yes we do but saturate and precision are two different things.
Ranger2, unless we decided to declare war again on NK it will be them attacking us so they will be on the move not so much a static defense (IE first Gulf War). However, many of the ADA sites are fixed for hard site defense. This is where a single B-2 with 80 rounds could do some serious damage. Every gun emplacement, every radar dome, every control van would be easy (since we already have them plotted). Program it in. Wait for a nice dark or cloud covered night and wala one ADA brigade gone in a puff of smoke.

Sounds good.
