I finally got a slot with a Combat Weather Unit!!! I will be joining the 146th Weather Flight in PA. I just wanted to thank everyone who gave me a hand in gathering the necessary paperwork and putting me in contact with the right people. JR, thanks for the advice I know it was a while back but it eventually paid off. Now, anybody have any advice about Keesler AFB and meteorology tech school? I havent received my orders yet, but should be leaving Sep/Oct. Any help would be appreciated.

Excellent! Best of luck to you... Be sure to tell them you volunteer for the AST (Advanced Skills Training) course, and see what they have to say. Just don't tell them I told you about it!
