I just came into possession of an Official Air Force Pamphlet AFP 50-56. USAF AEROBICS, Physical Fitness Program (Male), 31 July 1974. It is just a wee bit of a pamphlet.[:I]. The first 19 pages are taken up explaining what PT is. [bang] The pamphlet covers: Walking! [ashamed] Running! [bogld] The dreaded Cycling! [OO] The ever dangerous Swimming! [crazy] The awesome stationary Running! [fight] and lest we forget the strenuous Basketball! [bncy]
Now, let me say - I have the greatest respect for all Flyboys (My Dad and a Brother-in-law were in the AF), no insult is intended, just a little good natured ribbing.
If anyone wants this AFPT Program Tee Hee, email your address and I will get it in the post. First one to email gets it free - please someone take it before I LMAO [LOL]. (Just kidding - Just Kidding) [ ].
