| It is important that Sgt Akbar has an open and fair court-martial. If it even appears that he is being railroaded by the military, the hew and cry from liberal Americans and critics from overseas will make it difficult for the military court officers to institute a death sentence. (For which he should get) I for one wish to see him tried, convicted and executed in the shortest amount of time. The victims and families of the victims deserve nothing less.

| I have to applaud the ppl testifying in his trial. I think I would at the very least embellish what I know. If I wasnt sure that was him running, I might just point the finger at him and say it was him anyways. I know it's wrong, and I know if found out it could jeopardize the trial, but my emotions would get in the way and do whatever it took to fry that SOB!!!
