| APFT taken for my Civil Affairs packet: 85 pushups- 100 82 situps- 100 12:59 run- 100 Somewhere the extended scale, maybe 310 or so. Barely maxed the run, but I'm about 10 lbs heavier now than when I first deployed. Too much time in the gym and not enough running...

My last test in bragg
PushUps- 103
Situps- 86
2 mile run- 11:55
I'll never forget this because the night before, I was downrange with some buddy's and got completely fubar'd on Cuervo. I got home an hour before the test, couldn't breathe in the graders face while doing pushups and ran the whole 2 miles, hammered. Best pt test I ever took.

The American Paratrooper, the most physically fit alcoholic you will ever meet. Walter Cronkite after spending two weeks with paratroopers from the 82nd Airborne.

| Nowadays, I have a glass of wine and skip running altogether. Those were the days though!
